Audio was the elective I chose because I enjoy producing documentary pieces and working with music. I have presented, produced, mixed and edited in my audio modules and have learned to appreciate this form of media a lot more than I did before.
Technology Voxpop
This voxpop was used as part of our own class's radio show. Each of us had an assigned role and mine was a researcher. Our show was based on science and technology, so I asked people about their thoughts on the subject. (3rd Year)
Pantomime Voxpop
The pantomime is a family-fun, interactive show that takes place during Christmas time each year. From its comedic story lines to upbeat songs, it is a tradition that shouldn't be forgotten. Reminiscing on the memories of people of Dublin and talking to panto actor, Matthew Donohoe, this voxpop encapsulates the listener into this fun experience. (3rd Year)
Live Band Recording
This was my first time recording and editing a live music session. Although it was a long day, the hours passed quickly. We added different sounds to seperate tracks from instruments to harmonies, and it turned out quite beautifully. (4th Year)
